A quick summary of my current affairs:

Work, working out, hockey, basketball, football (the non-american kind), watching movies, watching stocks, design, dean's list (hoorah!), good music, a bit of fly fishing, and far too many late nights. I hate having to take neurostimulants at work (aka coffee) just to wake up and be productive in the morning. By saying neurostimulants it makes it sound like a drug, which is rightfully is.

Pro tip of the day: When in an argument (of a non-serious variety), state your side of the argument as a law of nature and pretend that Einstein could tell you it's true it if he was alive, but for now they'll just have to trust you. It works every time.

Happy summer everyone!

Ok, so here's the deal:
  • NHL Playoffs
  • NBA Playoffs
  • Exams almost done
Can I get an AMEN?!

Well, can I?! And to add to all that, what are your playoff predictions? I'm saying... Ottawa vs. San Jose for the cup (boy do I like that Thornton).

These pictures are of Israel, courtesy of my father. Springtime makes for some great colours. I especially like the ones which show the old Roman works- some of which are still standing today.

Caesarea is especially spectacular. It was a Roman vacation getaway- where the wealthy and influential went during the summer. The amphitheatre (3rd pic, it's been fixed up a bit) is still used today for shows they have in front of the sea. Enjoy! I think they're pretty cool shots.

Tech note: If your screen res is 1024x768 or lower, the browser might automatically downsize the photos, making them grainy, pixellated, and uggggly in the process. Just zoom back in (in IE, you can hold your mouse over the photo and click the resize icon that will appear in the bottom right).

Mwahahaha! School is nearing the end! Yes, there's still a month until finals, but that's only a month! One, singular, only one!

My Dad gets home next week, and he will show me just how white I really am (tannin' in the desert for a month... yeah). This is all I have to say. I'm a pale skinned whitey. You know the colour of your thighs in summer? That's what we all look like right now. I'll leave you with that thought.
